CREATE includes 1 exclusive beat or arrangement per month, while ARTIST includes 2. Specific ownership, licensing, credits and delivery terms for each exclusive production are covered in your membership agreement.
Every production should have a written agreement identifying who owns the master sound recording and what rights each party receives. Depending on the project, the arrangement may be a work-for-hire where legally appropriate, a limited license, an assignment, joint ownership, or another agreed structure. Master ownership is separate from ownership of the underlying song and publishing rights.
